Trial of Nightmares

Trial of Nightmares is a single-player, bullet-heaven, action rogue-lite, survivor-like with strong emphasis on RPG character depth and strategic build development. Face-off against droves of enemies as you explore unique fear-themed biomes to unlock keys and take control of the Throne of the Nightmare Realm.

• Probably a couple of bugs (it's still alpha only, sorry about that :))
• The first Biome "The Demon Carnival".
• 3 Mini-Bosses and 1 Big-Boss.
• 2 Skill Lines are included in this Alpha Demo and 12 Skills are available to unlock, upgrade, and utilize in build experimentation.

Ranged Weapon Techniques:

• Balanced Shot
• Shuriken
• Boomerang
• Caltrops
• Kukri
• Fan of Daggers

Incendiary Sorcery:

• Fireball
• Firestorm
• Breath of Flames
• Fire Burst
• Flaming Disc
• Wall of Fire

• Choose from Traits, Skills, and Skill Modifications to create a uniquely powerful build.
• Discover, collect, and upgrade Equipment.
• Augment Equipment with Runes during runs to refine your build even further.
• The first Origin, the Outlander, and 1 Outlander Ascension available
